Needless to say, this set is long long over due :'((( Forgive me dolls, but it was truly with a sad heart that I made this set. It's been sitting in my editor forever, & I had a hard time bringing myself to work on the set. I think I'll always remember that morning when I found out about Alexander McQueen's death. The night before, I had pulled an all-nighter, watching a drama on Youtube xD & after a little nap into the late morning, I woke up, came online, and saw my twitter trend bar. It was literally the day before winter break ended & since school started the next day, I had planned to do my homework that whole day xP I ended up bawling myself into a mess & moping around for the rest of the day until the afternoon... sighh. I think it will still take me some time to come to terms with the fact that he has passed away :'((( It's seriously been a terrible blow, a great loss for the fashion industry to have lost such an innovative designer. Alexander McQueen has always been one of my favourite British designers & he was such a true genius, basically one of the leading beacons of the UK's design industry. He was so creative, so good, way too young to die :((( I remember being awed so much by his last collection (which will probably be considered a grand masterpiece of art now that he's gone) & I was even looking forward to his Paris collection this Fall-Winter 2010 season. Sighh, I'm probably going to cry all over again when they show it in Paris & the end is missing McQueen walking out the runway... :'((((((((
 
Mr. McQueen, I truly hope you are happy where you are now, as I know you're in a better place and reunited with your mum ♥ You were an amazing inspiration to me and your works will forever live on your legacy. I've always said "Long live Alexander McQueen!", but this time I will mean it in the way that your legendary designs will live on :'((( Please Rest In Peace~~!!!
